Aspire Maintenance LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Lakewood, CO
This is a maintenance job for a property management company. We are looking for someone that is able to complete varying tasks day in and day out. We can go from changing a garbage disposal, fixing a fence, changing a light fixture, doing drywall, and painting all in one day. We ask that all of this work is done professionally and with little to no errors. We are looking for somebody to jump right in and start getting work orders done ASAP. This is a growing company with a lot of opportunity.
Please provide previous work history.
MUST HAVE: TRANSPORTATION (we do compensate mileage), OWN TOOLS/Basics(if you have to ask me what tools to bring to a job. don't apply for this one)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
